The Organon of Medicine – 5th and 6th edition by Samuel Hahnemann and translated by R.E. Dudgeon was published in 1970. It is a combination of the revised 5th Edition by Dudgeon (1893) and 6th edition by Boericke.Dudgeon’s revision was an effort to make a more exact reproduction of the original.
KEY FEATURES:-
A new font has been used which is bigger in size and is a pleasure to read.Addition of an appendix to his edition wherein he features the important variations of the previous editions.To make the book user-friendly, footnotes are now incorporated under the appropriate aphorisms at one place – this makes the reading and understanding of “Organon” easier.Also, a word index of 18 pages has been added at the end of the book which makes it very easy to find the required portion of text.
